Dress
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference activities.

Hotel Reservations
The 2012 Annual Meeting will take place at the 4-Diamond Hyatt Regency Baltimore, located on Baltimore’s picturesque Inner Harbor – the gateway to Charm City. The hotel is situated within a few blocks of historic sites such as the U.S. Constellation, Fort McHenery, the National Aquarium, Camden Yards, shops, restaurants and much, much more. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested by June 1, 2012, NFSSC will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between June 1, 2012 and July 1, 2012, the NFSSC will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received after July 1, 2012 are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing.
